We make every attempt to ship your order within three business days,
but please give us five business days during the busy holidays for certain items.

Winepalate is located in Southern California & does not ship internationally.

We recommend shipping your order UPS 2nd Day Air during hot weather.

All orders passed through credit verification for your protection.

Wines may only be delivered to persons 21 years of age or older.  Winepalate.com is not responsible for the return of shipments due to lack of positive ID, and return shipping charges are your responsibility.

All products are sold in the State of California, and the title passes to the buyer in California. Therefore, California state sales taxes may apply.  Winepalate.com makes no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import wine into any state outside of California.  The buyer is solely responsible for shipment of wines.  It is your responsibility to see that you are in compliance with your local laws governing alcoholic beverages.

SHIPPING

Winepalate.com reserves the right to hold shipment of your wine during extreme weather conditions. Although unlikely, we reserve the right to raise prices for shipping/handling without notice. Winepalate.com cannot be responsible for damage to wine (including leakage or damaged corks) shipped to you against our recommendations in regards to weather conditions.  Most orders will be shipped in special shipping containers lined with padded slots for each individual bottle.  This is included in our price.

ALL PRODUCTS SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY

We have confidence that we'll have each and every product listed in our web pages.  However, sudden demand for a particular product may dry out our sources.  If you have purchased a product online from us and we are unable to procure it, we will refund your credit card and notify you via email.  Please not that we will usually ship within three business days after your order is received.

YOUR SATISFACTION GUARANTEED: OUR RETURN POLICY

Winepalate.com will fully reimburse your purchase if it is returned corked and in original condition, within ten days of sale.  Your shipment is automatically insured, but we will not return product that has been damaged by improper storage, or shipped during hot or cold weather.  We recommend you choose UPS 2nd Day Air.  We cannot accept returns for wines that do not coincide with personal tastes. 

Optimum conditions for the storage of fine wines are achieved in special wine storage cabinets or cellars equipped with temperature and humidity controls.  Older wines (ten years or more), may differ from their characteristics upon release and still be great wines. If you purchase older wines, be patient and allow the wine to breath once opened. 

As a general rule, we will make every effort to resolve return issues to your satisfaction, but winepalate.com cannot be responsible for damage as a result of Acts of Nature. If you need to make a return, please contact winepalate for an immediate response, or call our
customer service number at 310-293-6350 and leave a message. We will return your call as soon as possible.

 

We use UPS for all our shipping.
